Exercising with chronic fatigue Feb 26
When I first started exercising I walked to the end of the driveway with a walking stick in one hand and my husband on my opposite arm. It was tedious and difficult but I did it every day regardless of how I felt. In hindsight sitting in some simple yoga poses for 5mins every day would have been an easier way to start in such a weakened state. Bad days – Simple tips Feb 03
These are the days only those closest to you know about, because on those days you don’t leave the house. Its on these days that you eat the worst if you eat much at all, cant consider exercising, and are restricted to seated activities.

How to get the most out of these days:

In truth, it’s probably unlikely you will get much out of a day like this, but in the least it’s possible
